We have several stylist levels, which gives you options for an exceptional experience with gorgeous results at a price you are comfortable with. All of our services include a Consultation, Scalp Massage, Aromatherapy, & optional Hand Treatment.

Salon Policies:

We require a credit card on file for all bookings. 

Cancellation Policy:
We request a 48 hour cancellation for all appointments.
You will be able to cancel your appointment for up to 24 hours prior.
Any cancellations after 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.
All same day cancellations & no shows will be charged 100% for services booked.  
If you book your appointment the same day as the service is provided, you will be able to reschedule/cancel your appointment within 30 minutes hours of booking time.

Service Adjustment Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with your service you may request a service adjustment up to 14 days after the initial service. If the service adjustment is because you are unsatisfied with your color, because it does not match what was discussed in the consultation the service adjustment will be complimentary. If you are unsatisfied with your service because you changed your mind on what you wanted, you will be charged for any new services. All service adjustments must be provided by the same service provider that performed the initial service. If you are not interested in receiving a service adjustment, you are eligible for an Apotheca Gift Card for the value of the initial service booked. We do not offer credit card refunds.

Product Return Policy:
No opened or used products can be returned. All returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date, anything after 14 days will not be accepted.

 

Please not the policy form is sent with every appointment. It is the responsibility of the guest to read the policy form as policies are subject to change.

Política de cancelación:
Solicitamos una cancelación de 48 horas para todas las citas.
Podrá cancelar su cita hasta 24 horas antes.
Cualquier cancelación después de 24 horas, se le cobrará el 50% del servicio(s) reservado(s).
Todas las cancelaciones el mismo día y los no shows se cobrarán el 100% por los servicios reservados.
Si reserva su cita el mismo día que se proporciona el servicio, podrá reprogramar/cancelar su cita dentro de las 30 minutos de la hora de la reserva.

 

Política de ajuste de servicio:
Si no está satisfecho con su servicio, puede solicitar un ajuste de servicio hasta 14 días después del servicio inicial. Si el ajuste del servicio se debe a que no está satisfecho con su color, porque no coincide con lo que se discutió en la consulta, el ajuste del servicio será gratuito. Si no está satisfecho con su servicio porque cambió de opinión sobre lo que quería, se le cobrará por los nuevos servicios. Todos los ajustes de servicio deben ser proporcionados por el mismo proveedor de servicios que realizó el servicio inicial. Si no está interesado en recibir un ajuste de servicio, es elegible para una Gift Card de Apotheca por el valor del servicio inicial reservado. No ofrecemos reembolsos con tarjeta de crédito.

 

Política de devolución de productos:
No se pueden devolver productos abiertos o usados. Todas las devoluciones deben realizarse dentro de los 14 días de la fecha de compra, cualquier cosa después de 14 días no será aceptada.

 

Tenga en cuenta que el formulario de la política se envía con cada cita. Es responsabilidad del invitado leer el formulario de la política ya que las políticas están sujetas a cambios.
