JJ has always believed that hair color is his second language. The art of color correction and hair extensions are what have keep him inspired behind the chair for over two decades.
Launching his career in 2008 he quickly found his niche within the industry. Specializing in blondes, gray coverage and extensions, every day was full of endless formulation possibilities. Young & senior business professionals, moms and local celebrities such as the Cleveland Cavalier Cheerleader’s filled his chair and kept the salon vibe enticing.
With his love for education and makeovers, it was only natural to start mentoring emerging stylists.
In 2013 he achieved his next career goal by joining the Wella Professionals Color Education team. Alongside advanced education, JJ was trained in seasonal couture trends by Top Artists including Alexandra Matiz, Christopher Dove & Sonja Dove. His passion to integrate beauty and wellness started in Cleveland OH and has followed him to Austin.
JJ’s mission is to have you leaving the salon feeling a complete sense of rejuvenation, every session. Beauty is only skin deep, the rest comes from inside of you!
